These guides cover the console (for operators and administrators) and the trunk portal (for SIP clients). Pick the task you need:
- Billing and funds — how your balance works, how funds are added, and where to read it.

How to read these docs
Every value that is a number, identifier, phone number, or timestamp is shown in a monospace face, the same way it appears in the product. Money is always shown with its currency and full precision — a balance is never rounded away or shown as $0.00 when it could not be loaded.
Scope. This site grows from real support questions. If a workflow you need is not here yet, it is coming — ask your administrator in the meantime.
